For three nights in the summer of 2018, Britt saw it’s main street packed with tons of steel at the Britt Bike, Car and Truck Night Cruise.

The turnout for those three events, held every third Wednesday of the month, came as a shock to those who put together the events

“When I first put the idea up to [the board], we thought we’d have a block of cars and a block of bikes if we got lucky,” Organizer Jared Wingert

Wingert with his wife Katie, approached Mark Gjerde, Alissa Kirsch, Spencer Gear and Jake Gear and within a month the team had organized the first ever Britt Night Cruise.

This year the board plans to expand upon the event.

First major addition to the show will be the inclusion of tractors to be displayed on the street.

Wingert, who is the owner of Mojo Productions, said that they’ll be setting up new wireless speakers up and down the street for music.
