         Ribbons were in grave danger on Thursday as friends and family of Victory Chiropractic gathered outside to celebrate the grand opening in Britt.             Once the ribbon was cut, the public was welcomed to an open house with free food, tours of the building and a raffle to support the Lions Park Project....
